This is an on-going group for men and women that combines the best of psychodynamic, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing theories to enhance the members growth experience. Members learn how to identify and regulate personal triggers using mind/body techniques in the here-and-now. It\'s a great opportunity to improve social anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. In preparation to joining group, potential group members meet with the group leader for a minimum of three individual sessions for the purpose of assessing fit, educating, and to begin to develop a therapeutic relationship. Group meets for 1.5 hr on Wednesdays at 7pm. Fee: $65.
